Black Screen

Black Screen Issue on your digital display

If you're experiencing black screen issue, Please ensure the TV is on. To confirm if the TV is on, you should see the manufacturer logo when booting up the TV. (Please ensure to check the power cable if you're not receiving power)

1. Once the TV is on, you should see a "No Signal" Or "No Output" Error on your screen.

 

2. Press the "home" button on your remote.



3. This should bring up a menu at the bottom of the TV. Select the L Squared Application as the first option in the menu. 



4. The L Squared should open and now display your contents! 

 

Other Issues where this can occur:

1.. Check for Content Issues:

  • Examine the content being displayed. Content-related issues can sometimes result in a black screen.
  • Verify that the content dimensions (resolution) and format are compatible with the application.

2.. Device Control Settings in L Squared Hub:

  • Access the L Squared Hub, where you have device control settings.
  • Make sure the "Turn off Device/Screen" feature is turned off. Enabling this feature will make the screen black.
