Blue Screen

Full Blue Screen on your Digital Display?

If you're experiencing a Blue screen, attempt the following: 

1. Restart your TV by turning it off and on.

2. Close the application and re-open it by following this link :

3. Ensure your TV is connected to the internet. If you see a cloud symbol at the bottom right corner of the TV, this could indicate you're not connected to the internet. Please follow the guide in this link:
