Blue Screen:
If you're experience a blue screen. This can happen due to a content issue or another issues. Please refer to this article for more information
Blue Screen "Waiting for content":
If you're experience a "waiting for content" blue screen on your device. This could indicate there are currently no contents scheduled to your device. If any recent changes have been made to this device, a blue screen may appear on your device with a Downloading sign at the bottom right corner of your screen. Please wait up to a few minutes for your device to download any updates.
Content not full screen:
If your content is not full screen. Please ensure your content aligns with your frame layout. You can learn more tips here: Images and videos recommended for the L Squared Hub
If you're still experiencing issues, this could be due to the device itself. Please take a look at this guide to help resolve this issue:

Samsung - Please check the aspect ratio in settings > Display > Aspect Ratio
Content not playing:
If the device is stuck on a blue screen and you do not see any download or cloud symbol at the bottom right corner. A content could be causing this issue.
Please ensure the dimension of your content aligns with your frame. For example, if you're looking to have a full screen, ensure the frame is 1920x1080 and your content is 1920x1080 as well!
