      HOW TO CHANGE DEVICE ID ON L SQUARED HUB

      Please follow the steps below to change the device ID for a device which is already registered in the L Squared Hub.

       

      1. Log in to the L Squared Hub and navigate to the ‘Devices’ tab from the sidebar menu.
      2.  Select the device for which you want to update the device ID.
      3. Click the pen icon next to the current device ID to edit it.
      4. In the pop-up menu, select a reason for changing the device ID.
      5. Enter the new device ID displayed on the TV screen, then click ‘Update’ to save the changes.
      6. The TV will begin downloading the content and should start displaying it within a few minutes.
