How to Factory Reset a Samsung Tizen TV?

1. Turn the TV off using the remote controller.
2. Press the key combination on the remote: Mute,1,8,2, Power On (Top Left). Make sure to press the keys rapidly one by one, to execute the command.
3. TV will turn on by itself after 5 seconds.
4. When the TV turns on, you will see a blue screen and a menu in the upper left-hand corner.
   

If you do not see this menu, try repeating steps 1-4.

5. Select 'Options' from the menu and then select 'Factory Reset'.

6. The TV will turn off again, turn the TV on and follow the initial steps to set up the TV.
