How to troubleshoot a device using MDC

• Search for any ESlide Media Player of the same store & Remote in using Connectwise

• After Remotting in, Turn on the Blank Guest Monitor & send Ctrl + Alt + Dlt command

• Click on Swich User & go to other user
  

Note: The password of Other User could be "Telus2025" or "1111"

• Type explorer on the Command Prompt & press Enter

• Go to LS Device Manager Ver 2.0
• Press 1 & press enter to send Power On Command to the device
• 
• Get the IP of the device from it's info

• Enter the IP & then select 1 for SOC TV & 2 for SBB Box
  
• If the Device turns on then it should send a message of Ack Received

• If the Device still doesn't come online, Then please check the Default Source & it should be URL Launcher

• Once the device is online Switch the User back to L Squared User
