How to upgrade the RSlide versions of Raspberry Pi devices

 

Pre-requisite:

The following mentioned properties must be added into server properties to work. 

 Version Upgrade Steps:

To maintain system integrity, the rSlide application on LP5 must be upgraded sequentially. Do not skip versions. Each key release performs vital OS-level changes; failing to follow the step-by-step path may result in persistent permission errors or unpredictable system instability 

 1.0.1 -> 1.0.3 

  • This can only be done through Version control from Product team. 

1.0.3 - > 1.0.5 

The application needs 2 Properties which needs to be set to Upgrade

  • Release URL: https://us.lsquared.com/cr/rslide/LSquaredSlide_1.0.5_arm64.deb

  • Release Version: 1.0.5

1.0.5 -> 1.0.6

  • Release URL: https://us.lsquared.com/cr/rslide/LSquared-rSlide-1.0.6.deb

  • Release Version: 1.0.6

1.0.6 -> 1.0.8

  • Release URL:  rslide/LSquared-rSlide-1.0.8.deb

  • Release Version: 1.0.8

1.0.8 -> 1.0.9

  • Release URL:  rslide/LSquared-rSlide-1.0.9.deb

  • Release Version: 1.0.9
