Connecting the Media Player to Your Display and Powering Up
Step 1: Carefully unpack the media player from its packaging. Ensure that you do not puncture or cut into any of the components inside.
Step 2: Unpack and connect the HDMI cable to the TV and the Mini-HDMI port to the Media player.
Step 3: Unpack and connect the power supply. Do not plug the power supply into the wall yet.
Step 4: Carefully inspect the back of your display screen for a good spot to mount the media player. Please note, you must find a flat surface on the back, which is away from any of the ventilation, so you don’t block air flow. Also, keep away from the middle of the screen. For most screens, the bottom left, or right part of the screen is best and allows easy access for servicing later. Once you found a suitable location, peel the adhesive layer off the Velcro strip and stick the media player to the chosen location.
Step 5: Connect the AC power cord to the AC outlet. If you are connecting the Media Player to your Ethernet, then plug in the Ethernet cable correctly.
Step 6: When power is connected, the media player will automatically turn on. It may take some time to boot up, please be patient. You will see an indicator on the device, when it gets connected with the power.
The SD card is already inserted in the device. Please ensure that it is properly seated and securely in place.
Turn on the display and select the HDMI input that you plugged the media player.
Step 7: Once the booting is complete, you will see the ‘Media Player Registration’ instructions on the TV.
