How to add a static or scrolling text
In here, you will learn about the text widget and how to create one.
1. Log into the L Squared Hub.
2. Go to the content library and select " Add new Content"
3. Select "Create Widget"
4. You should now see a list of widgets, in the search box, select "text"
5. Assign a name to the text widget. After that, add the line of text/sentences you'd like to display onto your screen.
6. Below, you should see the crawling and static option. Static will keep the text constant and in one place. Crawling text will have the text go from left to right. If you'd like for your text to stand out, I'd go crawling!
7. You can also customize how you'd like your text to look. Just make sure to hit save once finished!
8. The text widget will automatically be added to the content library. The text widget is now ready to be scheduled to your device!
