How to update the firmware on your samsung tizen devices

Step 1: Power on the TV. You should see the following screen which says “no signal

Step 2: Plug in the USB to the TV.

Step 3: Click Menu button on the remote.

Step 4: Navigate to Support Tab.

Step 5: Click Software update and press ok to update the software.

Step 6: Let the firmware update do not interrupt. It might turn off the TV after completion.

Step 7: Click on “Contact Samsung”.

Step 8: Take a clear picture of the following information.
