What to check if the TV is showing Black screen?

1. TV Powered Off:

  • Ensure that the TV or screen is powered on.
  • Check if it's properly connected to a power source and the power button is in the "on" position. Look for any indicator lights that confirm it's receiving power.

2. Check for Content Issues:

  • Examine the content being displayed. Content-related issues can sometimes result in a black screen.
  • Verify that the content dimensions (resolution) and format are compatible with the application.

3. Device Control Settings in L Squared Hub:

  • Access the L Squared Hub, where you have device control settings.
  • Make sure the "Turn off Device/Screen" feature is turned off. Enabling this feature will make the screen black.
