What to do if an LG TV is showing contents zoomed in? (Tile mode)

If we receive a ticket or a call regarding an LG WebOS TV is showing contents in enlarged fashion, that means the the 'Tile mode' on the TV is turned on on the TV.

Advise the user to get the remote controller for the TV and aske them to press the 'Tile' button on the remote to turn off the Tile mode.

After pressing the 'Tile' button, check if the content on the TV screen returns to the normal, non-enlarged view.
